Victoria Zahr

Victoria is the co-founder/owner of Ethos and believes that achieving total health is a lifelong project that starts with exceptional movement and the unshakable belief in oneself. As a trainer one of Victoria’s main focuses is on mobility and correcting movement issues while delivering measurable results. She believes in honest hard work before getting fancy and often references the phrase: “get really good at the basics and you'll never run out of work" (Somerset).

Samantha Mostaccio

Jersey girl who started step aerobics at 13 years old -fell in love with movement from an early age! With over a decade of teaching masterclasses and becoming a creative director at multiple boutique fitness studios in New York City/Tri-State. Moved to Chicago to start a family with my husband- after having Aven- I was looking to pursue my dream of creating my own format and movement. After two years of constant failure and creating new concepts and ideas-Common Language was born!

Brianna Kohn

Graduated from Pace University with my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Commercial Dance. After college I started to shift my focus onto Fitness while still involving my love for dance. From there I created my own Bootcamp Dance Cardio Class.
