Joy of Mom was so honored to be part of the Special Olympics 50th Anniversary Celebration in Chicago, Illinois. The love, support, dedication and passion from the athletes and moms, families and friends, volunteers and fans — from all over the world — was beautiful and inspiring!

Brain Health

Women have already been change-makers for the key health issues of our time, from heart disease to breast cancer. We need to add Alzheimer’s to that list, and the way we do it is through proactive brain health. Taking steps to keep our brains healthy and resilient early on can have lasting effects later in life. Because women are twice as likely as men to have Alzheimer’s, we need to do whatever we can to possibly prevent or delay the disease. Brain health IS women’s health. We’re proud to join WomenAgainstAlzheimer’s and their Be Brain Powerful campaign – because behind every woman is a great brain.

Cast Water Safety

The CAST Water Safety Foundation is a nonprofit organization focused on expanding access to the Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) method in the Chicagoland area. For over 50 years, ISR has been the method that gives your infant or child the skills and confidence they need to float, swim and self-rescue.
